The Manager's Tearooms and Restaurant is situated on the edge of Bakers Hill Townsite, in a rural setting, and enjoys views across the valley. The property comprises 98 Acres, mostly pastured, and includes a Heritage Listed Winery, Manager's House and Outbuildings.

The Property was given to Edward Keane in 1884, as part-payment for constructing the Chidlow Wells-York Railway Line.

We grow & produce as much as possible of our own product to use in the restaurant.
Our produce includes chicken and quail eggs, a variety of salad greens, tomatoes, herbs and vegetables, plus fresh fruit, served Fresh or as Sauces and Jams.
We make our own home made lemonade.
We churn our own Ice Cream.
The honey we sell is from our own Bee hives - 13 at present
We import the best Tea and Coffee, our supplier's only Australian customer.
Any surplus of our goods are available for sale.
Our aim is to continue upgrading & to increase our range of fresh home produce to our clientele for their enjoyment and to continue providing the best food possible at an affordable price.
